Please note that several areas in the building are protected by an alarm system from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Residents do not have access to these areas during secure overnight hours. You will need keys or fobs for several of the following facilities.
Locked bicycle storage rooms are located on both P1 and P2 levels of the parking garage. Bicycle storage is not allowed on balconies and bikes must not be transported in elevators. Bike rooms, secured overnight, have their own special keys which can be purchased from the office for $5.00. The office number: 613-521-5759
Located on P2 near the garage entrance. Bring your own supplies to wash your car or bike. Please remember to turn off the faucets to relieve pressure on the water system. This facility is for the use of residents only.
Located on P2 near the elevators. An activated fob is needed (available from the office for a one-time fee of $25.00). Those using this facility must be over 18 and must also sign a waiver and return it to the office. The office number: 613-521-5759.
This room is equipped with a full-size billiard table. It also has a table tennis (ping pong) table, but you should supply your own paddles and balls.
Located on the seventh floor, this one-bedroom (with kitchen) apartment can be rented for $65.00 a night on a first-come first-served basis. A $100 security deposit is required. The apartment is fully-equipped and furnished and is cleaned after every use. Guests may park in the guest parking at the front of the building if they register with the office. Located on P2. Borrow books, movies and magazines other residents have donated. Drop off items you are finished with so someone else can enjoy them.
Located off the Lobby. The Perrier Room consists of a lounge area with wet bar, plus a larger multi-purpose room with furniture that can be arranged for eating, small-group activities, or meetings. Cost: $25.00 for one day/evening. People booking the room are required to tidy up and bag their garbage after events. The office number: 613-521-5759
Pets are allowed at Frobisher Place. Owners are responsible to ensure their pets do not cause health and safety issues for other residents. Dogs should be leashed, both indoors and outside, and be under the control of their owners at all times. Outdoors, dog owners are responsible to clean up after their pets and dispose of waste in the bin near the service entrance. We suggest that dogs go in and out of the building through the side entrance facing the parking garage.
This convenience store is located on the main level at the south side of the building.
The sauna can be used 24 hours per day, on a first-come first-served basis.
The pool is located in a separate structure between our building and the Minto building to the east. The facility is shared by both buildings. The entrance to the pool facility requires its own key, available from the office for $5.00. You can enter the facility from the ground level, or avoid going outdoors by going through level P2 of the parking garage. Don’t forget your main door key, as you need it to operate the door that joins our garage to the Minto garage. Open from 9:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. daily.

Located on P2 at the northeast corner of the garage. The door lock uses the same key (available for $5.00 from the office) as storage locker rooms. This room is equipped with electrical outlets and workbenches. You are responsible to tidy up after your projects.
