Q: How can I contact a Superintendent?
A: Supers can be on duty or on call.
“Regular Hours” are defined as Monday to Friday except Statutory Holidays between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
“On Duty” is defined as regular hours plus responsibilities outside of regular hours . This includes weekend maintenance, cleaning and inspection, lock up and monitoring the property. There is only one staff member On Duty after hours and this responsibility is shared on a rotational basis. This is why it is important to call the pager 613-239-4194 to ensure you are contacting the correct staff member.
“On Call” is defined as being available to take and respond to emergency calls after regular hours and On Duty time. Please see schedule on the office door and note the pager number, 613-239-4194.
Q: What do I do about booking the Service Elevator?
A: Contact the office 613-521-5759 or one of the Supers to book the elevator. You should book at least a week in advance if you are moving to ensure that you can get the dates and times you need. The elevator is booked on a first-come first-served basis. It’s also a good idea to book the elevator in advance for deliveries to ensure that your delivery goes smoothly. Deliveries must be done through the side door facing the garage.
Q. When are moves allowed?
A. Moving is permitted between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Saturdays. You may not move into or out of the building on Sundays except with the prior written permission of the Board.
Q: Can a guest park overnight while visiting me?
A: Yes, guests can park in the guest parking area at the front of the building overnight as long as the office is informed and given the car’s plate number. You can leave a message on the office voicemail 613-521-5759 after hours so a Super will make sure the car isn’t towed.
Q: Where do I dispose of garbage?
A: Small sealed bags (no cat litter) may be put into the chute in the garbage room on each floor. Bags too large for the chute must be taken to the garbage room (opens with your fob) near the side entrance facing the garage. Make sure you don’t lock yourself in. If you have extra-large items please consult one of the Supers.
Plastic bottles and cans (“blue box” recycling) should go in the marked bins on P1 or P2.

Q: Can the Superintendent enter my unit without my permission?
A: Under Section 19 of the Condo Act, the Corporation may enter a unit with reasonable notice to perform required duties. An example could be inspection of your air conditioner to ensure it doesn’t admit cold air in winter.
Q: Am I obliged to provide the office with a key to my unit?
A: Yes. Please refer to Our Declaration, XII GENERAL MATTERS AND ADMINISTRATION, (1) Rights of Entry. See also our Rules, Sections 1.1 and 3.2. You will find the Declaration (Documents of Establishment and Operation) and the Rules on our Links page.
