The Board has adopted a Human Rights policy that applies to the Corporation, its directors, officers, employees, owners and residents.

We must be prepared in cases of emergencies such as a fire when elevators will not be operating. We need to know if you will need help evacuating the building. 
Please make sure the office is aware if you have mobility issues or might have difficulty hearing an alarm. Your information will be kept confidential and used only if needed.
From time to time we post notices beside and in the elevators and lobby. These are intended to make residents aware of upcoming maintenance and occasional social events. Some notices have been removed or written on by persons unknown.
Removing a notice does not prevent the announced work from going ahead. The removal may just mean some of us might not become aware of what’s planned.

Questions have arisen regarding entry to units for air conditioner inspection. Please note, you must provide the office with a duplicate key to your unit. The Super or other representatives of the condo may enter your unit to perform necessary duties. Please refer to our Frequently Asked Questions page.
If you’re having temporary problems paying condo fees or special assessments you might apply for a home equity loan. Most financial institutions would be willing to discuss the possibilities with you.
We would like to organise an informal network of Ottawa-area condo Boards. The network would help us exchange info on issues we may have in common.
If you are a Director at another condo we would like to hear from you.

The Decorating Committee is proposing new paint colours for the lobby and the Perrier (Party) Room. The paints are all found in the Randall C2 series and you may view them below but please note that a computer monitor’s display might only approximate the paint when it’s applied to a wall or ceiling.
080 “Milk Moustache” for the lobby and Perrier Room ceilings
124 “Sundown” would replace the Perrier Room’s current dark green
126 “Buffed” would replace the Perrier Room’s current light green
330 “Cappuccino Froth” would replace the current khaki green

Help Yourself to Herbs
Fresh herbs
You’ll find several kinds of cooking herbs, including tarragon, parsley and basil in the flower bed by the bicycle rack near the service door. Bring your scissors and clip a few leaves to add zing to your cooking and zip to your salads. Thanks to Jo and Lindy for their contribution.
